Yes. The reports are produced by an independent laboratory. Each states the job number, the batch, the identity of the substance and its purity.

The links go straight to the laboratory’s own domain, not to a copy of ours, so you can verify the result at the source.

It states what share of the vial’s contents is the substance itself. The rest is residual solvents and related variants, which the laboratory also describes in the report.

We publish only the reports we actually hold. For a product without a link, ask for the report by email and we will send it.

Yes. We send the confirmation by email to the address given at checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Payment is taken at checkout through a secure payment gateway. We do not store card details. We currently accept:

Yes, as long as the parcel has not left. Write as soon as possible to info@mxpeptides.eu and give the order number.

Once dispatched the address cannot be changed and the situation is handled under the returns policy.

The customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the delivery details. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, refusal to accept it or failure to collect it, any shipping, return and storage costs may be deducted from the refund to the extent the law allows.

We dispatch from the Czech Republic, that is from within the European Union. Parcels are handed to DPD.

We usually process orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Typical delivery: Czech Republic 1-3 business days, Slovakia 2-4 business days, the rest of the EU 2-7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees - delivery can be affected by the carrier, customs checks, holidays or the weather.

In the Czech Republic, yes. Alongside delivery to an address you can choose a DPD pickup point at checkout for the same price.

After dispatch we send an email with the parcel details. Tracking is available if the chosen shipping method supports it. The first record usually appears at the carrier after a short delay.

To the countries offered at checkout. If your country is not on the list, we do not deliver there yet.

It is up to the buyer to check before ordering that importing and holding the goods is legal in their country.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging and with seals and labels intact. Sealed goods whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not apply to goods that are faulty, damaged or sent in error.

First write to info@mxpeptides.eu with your name, the order number, the email used for the order, the product name, the delivery date and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Do not send anything back without our confirmation - we will email you the address and the procedure. Unapproved parcels may not be accepted.

On withdrawal from the contract the customer bears the cost of the return. If the goods are faulty, damaged or sent in error, we bear the reasonable costs to the extent the law requires.

We recommend sending a tracked parcel - we are not liable for packages lost on the way back.

We refund the approved amount to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods reaching us, or of you proving that you sent them. We notify you of the approval by email.

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at info@mxpeptides.eu. Include the order number, photos of the product and the packaging, and a description of the problem.

Once assessed we will offer a replacement, a refund or another remedy under the applicable rules.

Keep the lyophilised peptide cool, away from direct heat and sunlight. For long-term storage we recommend a freezer at -20 °C, where most peptides stay stable for years without significant degradation.

The MX Peptides brand is operated by Kraft Motors, a company registered in Bulgaria.

The legal status of research peptides differs from country to country. It is up to the buyer to check before ordering that the goods comply with the rules of their country.
